Spider Solitaire (Two-Suit)

The objective of Spider Solitaire is to move all cards from the tableau to the foundations. Spider Solitaire is a type of Patience game which is played with two decks (52 cards each) having only two suits.

TABLEAU - At the begining player is dealt 54 cards face-down into ten piles. First 4 piles have 6 cards each and remaining 6 piles have 5 cards each. This set of piles is known as the tableau. The top card of each pile in the tableau is turned face up.

STOCK - After dealing cards to the tableau, remaining cards are set aside forming a stock pile.

FOUNDATION - Eight empty foundation piles.

  • The cards must be assembled in the tableau before being moved to the foundation piles.
  • The tableau piles are built down by rank (regardless of its suit), but only in-suit sequences can be moved together. Whenever a card is moved from one pile of the tableau to another, face-down top card of the first pile is turned face up.
  • An empty tableau pile can have any card regardless of its rank.
  • Player can click on the stock pile anytime which deals 10 cards face-up to the tableau, one card to each pile in the tableau.
  • When player completes an in-suit sequence in the tableau (King to Ace), it is automatically moved to an empty foundation.
  • Moving cards from the foundation to the tableau is not allowed.

The game ends once all cards are moved onto the foundation piles.

  • Drag and drop cards between tableau piles.
  • Click top card in the stock pile to deal cards to the tableau.
