Shisima

Shisima is an abstract strategy 2 player board game from Kenya. The game is played on an octagon board with each corner connected to opposite corners and one point at the center.

Each player starts with 3 pieces of its color on 3 adjacent points at the opposite ends of the board and center point being empty.

Players alternate turn to move one piece to either the center point if empty or, from one corner point to adjacent empty corner point.

The first player to make a "three-in-a-row" with one's pieces along a diametrical line wins the game.
